ABOUT

WAKOH & CO. examines and designs sales systems for manufacturing, SaaS and technology B2B companies through six connected processes.

Views diverge on “Attract.” We don’t decide who is right. Each side asks what the other saw that led to their answer.

Illustrative example. The values do not describe any real company.

The Creative Agency

Communicating value and selling it. That is the most creative work there is.

It means understanding a problem, responding to a need and helping someone move toward what they want to achieve. The value delivered, the payment received and what we learn can then support the creation of further value, and that cycle spreads through the market. WAKOH & CO. designs that continuing cycle.

What We Design

What we design.

Today, buyers research with AI before choosing who to buy from, in B2C and B2B alike. Before they speak with a salesperson, they have already formed opinions from your company’s information, records, customer experiences and comparisons.

That makes selling the work of the whole company, not only the sales team. WAKOH & CO. works with the capabilities already inside your business, connects the work of technology, sales and marketing, and designs a system through which buyers choose you.

As a Creator

Kazuyuki Komatsu, Founder

Kaz does not call himself a consultant. Rather than a teacher offering advice from a desk, he aims to be a designer who draws out the core inside a company and connects it with the market. He leads WAKOH’s diagnosis, execution design and review; implementation is carried out by an agreed team.

2008
Joined a mid-sized Japanese factory automation manufacturer and worked in domestic sales.
2014
Joined the launch of the Japanese subsidiary of a European automation company. During roughly a decade there, the Japanese subsidiary’s revenue grew 14-fold and orders 18-fold through the work of the team.
2023
Founded WAKOH & CO. in January. He now works with business leaders across deep technology, established manufacturing and new business development, including at a major television broadcaster.

Logos, book concepts, the world of a brand: every output carries the same idea of drawing out other people’s capabilities and giving them form.
