You can write to us in English or Japanese. You do not need to have chosen a service or completed our Japanese-language self-assessment first.
Your inquiry
Four fields are required: Company name, Name, Email address and Inquiry. Phone, Business or product, and Service of interest are optional. When you are ready, select “Send inquiry”.
In Inquiry, tell us what concerns you now and what you would like to achieve. Bullet points are welcome. If you are not sure which service fits, leave Service of interest as “Not sure yet / other inquiry”.
A short outline is enough to begin. Please do not include confidential information such as customer names or unpublished figures. If we need supporting materials, we will first agree with you on their purpose and how they will be shared.

Please use an email address where you can receive our reply; a personal address such as Gmail is fine. If you have completed our Japanese-language self-assessment, you are welcome to mention it and your results in Inquiry.
